Interstate Bakeries posts $2,871 EBITDA for four weeks ended April 29

Pittsburgh, June 14 - Interstate Bakeries Corp. reported EBITDA of $2,871 for the four weeks ended April 29 on gross revenue profit of $115.09 million, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
For the four weeks ended April 1, the company posted an EBITDA loss of $3.33 million on gross revenue profit of $113.42 million.
The net loss for the period ended April 29 was $7.51 million, down from a $15.19 million net loss for the previous period.
Cash on April 29 was $93.94 million, compared with $96.02 million on April 1.
The Kansas City, Mo., bakery operator filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 22, 2004 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-45814.
