KS Capital Partners buys $2.9 million claim against Interstate Bakeries

Pittsburgh, July 29 - KS Capital Partners, LP bought Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc.'s $2.9 million claim against Interstate Bakeries Corp., according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Deutsche Bank held the claim as an assignee of Innovative Cereal Systems, LLC.

The Kansas City, Mo., bakery operator filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 22, 2004. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-45814.
