Deutsche Bank Securities buys $1.7 million claim against Interstate Bakeries

Pittsburgh, July 19 - Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. bought Pliant Corp.'s $1.7 million claim against Interstate Bakeries Corp., according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri.

The Kansas City, Mo., bakery operator filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 22, 2004 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-45814.
