Interstate granted court OK to sell three California properties for $3.48 million

Portland, Ore., April 24 - Interstate Bakeries Corp. was granted court approval to sell three properties for a total of $3.48 million in a decision Wednesday by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri, according to a source familiar with the case.

The company will sell its Fullerton, Calif., property for $1.25 million, its Ontario, Calif., property for $650,000 and its Santa Ana, Calif., property for $1.58 million.

The Kansas City, Mo., bakery operator filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 22, 2004. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-45814.
