Moody's rates Interregional Distribution Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Ba1 corporate family and probability-of-default ratings to JSC Interregional Distribution Grid Cos. Holding.

The outlook is stable.

The corporate family rating incorporates a moderately risky business profile, a relatively conservative but evolving financial profile and a two-notch uplift for potential support from its majority shareholder, the Russian Federation, according to the agency.
