Internet Gold plans add-on to series D debentures issued 2014

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Sept. 25 – Israel’s Internet Gold – Golden Lines Ltd. is planning to price an add-on to its series D debentures issued in March 2014 by way of private placement.

Internet Gold’s board of directors has decided to issue the tack-on notes in Israel to classified, institutional and qualified investors under section 15, according to a company announcement.

If the private placement takes place, the exchange of the debentures will be made as a private placement to Israeli classified institutional investors under Regulation S.

The newly issued series D debentures will be listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The series C debentures to be acquired by the company will be canceled, the company added.

Internet Gold is a Ramat Gan, Israel-based telecommunications holding company.
