Internet Gold completes NIS 60 million debentures private placement

Madison, Wis., Nov. 12 - Internet Gold-Golden Lines Ltd. completed a NIS 60 million private placement of series C debentures, according to a press release.

The private placement was an increase to the company's existing debentures first issued in September 2010.

The Regulation S offering was made to Israeli institutional investors.

According to the filing, the company needs the Israeli Tax Authority to approve the formula for calculating the adjusted discount rate for the series C debentures. The company said it will announce the rate once the authority makes its decision.

Internet Gold is a telephone and internet provider based in Petach Tikva, Israel.
