Internet Gold investors exercise put for NIS 242,561 series A bonds

By Tali David

Minneapolis, Sept. 12 - Internet Gold - Golden Lines Ltd. announced that it has received notices for and redeemed NIS 242,561 par value series A debentures.

The securities were putable up to Sept. 7.

This comes after a July 25 announcement that the value of the public's holdings in the company's series A debentures was lower than the value required to maintain the stock exchange listing for the debentures and, consequently, the debentures would be delisted on Sept. 26, with the last day of trade being Sept. 22. The delisting triggered the put option.

The value of the remaining outstanding series A debentures is NIS 314,940 par value.

Internet Gold is a telephone and internet provider based in Petach Tikva, Israel.
