Israel's Internet Gold may issue NIS 180 million series C debentures

Madison, Wis., Sept. 21 - Internet Gold Golden Lines Ltd. announced that its board of directors has authorized the issuance of up to NIS 180 million of new non-convertible series C debentures as described in a shelf prospectus dated Sept. 1, 2010 and filed on Aug. 31 with the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The company has not yet determined the terms, timing or amount to be raised, and the company may change the amount of the offer or abandon the offer altogether.

The series C debentures, if offered, will be sold only in Israel.

Internet Gold is a telephone and internet provider based in Petach Tikva, Israel.
