Israel's Internet Gold files shelf for stock, debt, commercial paper

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 31 - Internet Gold Golden Lines Ltd. said it filed a shelf prospectus with the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The registration covers ordinary shares, debt securities, warrants and commercial paper.

The debt securities may be structured as convertibles.

Internet Gold is a telephone and internet provider based in Petach Tikva, Israel.
