New Issue: Israel's Internet Gold sells NIS 423 million series B debentures at NIS 972 each

New York, Sept. 26 - Internet Gold announced the results of the sale of NIS 423 million series B debentures to local Israeli investors Wednesday in a press release.

653 orders for the purchase of 349,804 units were accepted at a unit price of NIS 972. The price was higher than the NIS 970 minimum.

Of 423,000 units offered 360,700 orders were placed.

Apex Underwriting and Issue Management was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.

Internet Gold is a telephone and internet provider based in Petach Tikva, Israel.
