New York, Sept. 29 - International Uranium Corp. said it has arranged a private placement for up to C$45 million.
The non-brokered deal includes up to 6 million shares at C$7.50 each.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to reopen mines in the United States. The rest will be used for working capital.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., International Uranium is a mineral exploration company.
