New Issue: International Textile prices $80 million 18% four-year notes

St. Louis, June 12 - International Textile Group, Inc. of Greensboro, N.C., has priced an $80 million issue of 18% four-year senior subordinated notes, the company said in an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes were placed with certain entities affiliated with Canyon Capital Advisors LLC and Clearlake Capital Partners LLC.
