Moody's: International Speedway unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said International Speedway Corp.'s Baa2 senior unsecured ratings and stable outlook are not affected by Motorsports Authentics LLC's decision to cease paying certain guaranteed minimum royalties under several license agreements and the violation of the financial statement covenant in Motorsports' credit facility triggered as a result of that decision.

The last rating action was on June 28, 2006 when Moody's assigned a Baa2 rating to International Speedway's new $300 million guaranteed senior unsecured revolving credit facility and affirmed the existing Baa2 rating on the company's guaranteed senior unsecured notes.
