ValueAct Capital owns 5.2% of International Rectifier

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 24 - International Rectifier Corp. investors led by ValueAct Capital Master Fund, LP bought 1,350,000 shares of the company's stock between Jan. 7 and Jan. 14.

The shares were priced from $26.49 to $28.86 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 3,751,900 shares, or 5.2%, of the company's outstanding stock.

International Rectifier is a power management technology company located in El Segundo, Calif.
