American Realty Capital announces three-part senior notes offer

Portland, Ore., Feb. 4 - American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. announced in a Tuesday press release that it intends to place senior notes with maturities in 2017, 2019 and 2024 in a private offering via Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Upon release from escrow, proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc. and to repay Cole's credit facility.

The issuing entities are the operating partnership, ARC Properties Operating Partnership, LP, and its wholly owned subsidiary Clark Acquisition, LLC.

American Realty Capital is a self-managed publicly traded Maryland corporation focused on acquiring and owning single-tenant freestanding commercial properties.
