New York, June 7 – International Personal Finance plc said it has priced £78.1 million of 7¾% notes due 2023.
Of that amount, £57,401,900 was issued in exchange for the company’s existing 6 1/8% notes due 2020 and the remaining £19,492,300 was offered for cash proceeds, according to a company news release.
The exchange offer expired on Friday.
City & Continental Ltd. and Peel Hunt LLP were mandated to arrange the deal.
The U.K.-based company offers home credit and digital loan products to consumers in Europe and Mexico.
