EM-focused International Personal Finance to begin roadshow Wednesday

Morgantown, W.Va., May 7 – International Personal Finance plc has mandated City & Continental Ltd. and Peel Hunt LLP to arrange a series of calls with fixed-income investors from May 8 to May 10, according to a notice.

An issue of sterling retail eligible fixed-rate senior notes may follow, subject to market conditions.

All or part of these notes may be offered in exchange for the company’s existing 6 1/8% notes due 2020, according to the notice.

The U.K.-based company offers home credit and digital loan products to consumers in Europe and Mexico.
