Chicago, Dec. 6 – International Personal Finance plc said it issued 79.5 million Romanian lei of 8% notes due 2019 at par.
The notes were sold under the issuer’s €1 billion euro medium-term note program, according to a notice.
The notes are guaranteed by IPF Holdings Ltd., International Person Finance Investments Ltd. and IPF International Ltd.
The issuer is a Leeds, England-based provider of home credit in emerging markets.
