New Issue: International Personal Finance sells CZK 200 million 5½% five-year notes to yield 6.05%

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 10 – International Personal Finance plc said it issued CZK 200 million of 5½% fixed-rate notes due Dec. 10, 2018 at 98.53 to yield 6.05%.

The securities were sold under the issuer’s €1 billion euro medium-term note program, according to a notice.

The notes are guaranteed by IPF Holdings Ltd., International Person Finance Investments Ltd. and IPF International Ltd.

The issuer is a Leeds, England-based provider of home credit in emerging markets.
