New York, Jan. 11 - International Personal Finance plc said it issued 4 billion Hungarian forints of 11% guaranteed notes due Jan. 11, 2018 at an issue price of 96.22 to yield 12.05%.
The notes were issued under the company's €1 billion medium-term note program.
The notes are guaranteed by IPF Holdings Ltd., International Personal Finance Investments Ltd. and IPF International Ltd.
The series 5 notes were approved by the board on Jan. 4.
International Personal Finance has applied to list the notes on the London Stock Exchange.
Based in Leeds, England, the home credit company caters to those in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Mexico and Romania.
