International Personal Finance conducts retail offer for 12% notes due 2027

Chicago, Nov. 2 – International Personal Finance plc is offering to retail investors in the United Kingdom 12% notes due 2027 (Ba3//BB-), according to a press release.

The offer price is par of £100.

The minimum subscription is £2,000 and then multiples of £100 thereafter.

The sterling-denominated notes will be guaranteed by IPF Holdings Ltd., International Personal Finance Investments Ltd., IPF International Ltd. and IPF Digital Group Ltd.

The notes will be fungible with notes issued via an exchange offer for the company’s 7¾% notes due 2023 and the existing £50 million of notes issued on Dec. 12, 2022.

The offer period closes at 7 a.m. ET on Nov. 23.

Singer Capital Markets Securities Ltd. is the dealer manager.

The notes will be listed in London.

The provider of home credit in emerging markets is based in Leeds, U.K.
