International Personal Finance eyes sterling-denominated senior notes

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 26 – International Personal Finance plc has mandated Singer Capital Markets Securities Ltd. to arrange a series of calls in advance of a possible issue of sterling-denominated retail-eligible fixed-rate senior notes, according to a notice.
The planned issuance is subject to market conditions.
All or part of these notes may be offered in exchange for International Personal Finance’s existing £40,494,800 7¾% notes due 2023.
The provider of home credit in emerging markets is based in Leeds, U.K.
