International Personal Finance to call or exchange floaters due 2022

By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 27 – International Personal Finance plc has announced it will exercise the call option for its senior floating-rate notes (ISIN: XS1839710347) due June 15, 2022, according to a company release.

The redemption is contingent upon the company’s successful launch of new floating-rate SEK-denominated notes.

The proceeds from the new notes will be used to finance the redemption and for general corporate purposes.

Existing noteholders will alternatively have the option to exchange their notes for the new notes with interest paid in cash and a premium.

International Personal Finance is a Leeds, England-based provider of home credit in emerging markets.
