By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 27 – International Personal Finance plc has hired ABG Sundal Collier AB to conduct fixed-income meetings starting Tuesday which may culminate in the issuing of new SEK floating-rate notes, according to a company release.

Following the meetings and dependent on market conditions, the company may issue the new notes which, if sold, would be under its existing medium-term note program.

If new notes are issued, existing noteholders of the company’s floating-rate notes due June 15, 2022 will be able to exchange existing notes for the new notes in an equivalent principal amount and payment in cash of accrued interest and a premium.

The purpose of the new notes would be to extend the maturity profile of the company’s debt funding sources.
