New York, Nov. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.16 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Nov. 5, 2026 linked to the stocks of Albemarle Corp., Altria Group, Inc. and International Paper Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 12%, paid monthly, if each underlying stock closes at or above its 60% downside threshold on the related monthly observation date, plus any previously unpaid coupons.
