International Nickel Indonesia to sell $300 million via Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan

St. Louis, July 20 - PT International Nickel Indonesia is headed to the international bond market with a $300 million offering of notes, according to an informed source.

The notes, which are expected to come with a tenor of between five and 10 years, will likely launch in the late summer or early fall.

Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan have the bookrunning mandate.

Proceeds will be used to fund capital expenditures and for general corporate purposes.

The nickel mining and smelting company has headquarters in Jakarta.
