International Lease Finance files automatic shelf for debt securities

Chicago, July 23 - International Lease Finance Corp. registered to sell an undisclosed amount of debt securities in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

International Lease Finance is a Los Angeles-based independent aircraft lessor.
