Omaha, May 21 - International Lease Finance Corp. priced $750 million 6.625% medium-term notes due Nov. 15, 2013 on Wednesday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The non-callable notes priced at 99.597.
A market source said the issue priced about 42 basis points wider than whispered price talk.
Bookrunners were Barclays Capital Inc., BNP Paribas Securities, Lehman Brothers Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc.
Co-managers were Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Santander Securities and Scotia Capital.
The aircraft leasing company, and unit of American International Group, is based in Los Angeles.
