St. Louis, April 27 - American Real Estate Partners LP will hold a roadshow Wednesday through May 6 for its proposed $300 million offering of eight-year senior notes, according to a market source.

Bear Stearns & Co. will run the books on the Rule 144A offering.

The notes will come with four years of call protection.
