American Railcar calls all $175 million of 7½% senior notes due 2014

Minneapolis, Jan. 30 - American Railcar Industries, Inc. called all $175 million of its 7½% senior notes due 2014, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on March 1.

American Railcar is a St. Charles, Mo., manufacturer of railroad cars.
