Nomura approves dissolution of International Growth Equity Fund

Minneapolis, Feb. 27 - Nomura Partners Funds, Inc.'s board approved the liquidation and dissolution of the International Growth Equity Fund, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The liquidation will be effective on March 29.

The board also approved closing the fund to new investments, effective immediately.

The funds' adviser is New York City-based Nomura Asset Management, LLC.
