S&P puts International Game Technology on watch

Standard & Poor’s said it placed its ratings, including its BBB corporate credit rating, on International Game Technology on CreditWatch with negative implications.

The CreditWatch listing follows the company’s announcement that it is exploring a range of strategic alternatives, including a possible sale of the company, to maximize shareholder value.
