International Game Technology files debt securities automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., March 27 - International Game Technology Inc. filed a senior debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will describe in a prospectus supplement how it plans to use the proceeds.

International Game Technology makes gaming machines and systems and is based in Reno, Nev.
