International Flavors pricing 10-year senior notes Monday

New York, April 1 - International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is in the market Monday with an offering of 10-year senior notes (Baa1/BBB/), according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a change-of-control put at 101%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

The maker of flavor and fragrances for food and consumer products is based in New York City.
