Knoxville, Tenn., March 16 – International Finance Corp. sold $100 million of 2.635% three-year global medium-term notes (Aaa/AAA) at par, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
HSBC Bank plc is the dealer.
Proceeds will be used for general operations.
Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
