International Finance to price add-on to December 2022 notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 9 – International Finance Corp. (Aaa/AAA) will sell a dollar-denominated add-on to its December 2022 notes, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank AG, London is the stabilizing manager for the notes, which were expected to price on Tuesday.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
