International Finance talks notes due 2022 at Libor plus 7 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., July 11 – International Finance Corp. (Aaa/AAA) is marketing an offering of global floating-rate notes due Dec. 15, 2022 to price in the Libor plus 7 basis points area on Tuesday, according to an informed source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Nomura Securities International, Inc. are the bookrunners.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
