New Issue: International Finance sells $2.5 billion 1.125% notes due 2021

Eureka Springs, Ark., July 13 – International Finance Corp. priced $2.5 billion of 1.125% five-year notes (Aaa/AAA) at 17.45 basis points over Treasuries on Wednesday, according to a market source.
The managers were Barclays, BMO Capital Markets Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Nomura Securities International, Inc.
Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
