New Issue: International Finance sells $120 million add-on to 1.25% notes due 2018 at 100.858

Virginia Beach, Oct. 29 – International Finance Corp. priced a $120 million add-on to its existing 1.25% notes (Aaa/AAA) due July 16, 2018 at 100.858, according to a company release.

The issue’s total size is now $1.52 billion.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. was the dealer.

The World Bank member and lender to the private sector in developing countries is based in Washington, D.C.
