International Finance talks two-year bonds at mid-swaps minus 12 bps

Virginia Beach, Sept. 24 – International Finance Corp. announced price talk on Wednesday for a planned offering of two-year global bonds in the area of mid-swaps minus 12 basis points, according to an informed source.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co are the banks on the deal.
The World Bank member and lender to the private sector in developing countries is based in Washington, D.C.
