New Issue: International Finance sells $1 billion 0.625% three-year notes at mid-swaps minus 4 bps

Virginia Beach, Va., Nov. 5 - International Finance Corp. priced $1 billion of 0.625% notes due 2016 with a spread of mid-swaps minus 4 basis points on Tuesday, according to an informed source.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken were the banks on the deal.

The World Bank member and lender to the private sector in developing countries is based in Washington, D.C.
