International Finance selling $1 billion two-year floaters Thursday

New York, Jan. 17 - International Finance Corp. is in Thursday's market with a $1 billion offering of two-year floating-rate notes, a market source said.

The notes (Aaa/AAA/) are being sold via syndicates Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.

The World Bank member and lender to the private sector in developing countries is based in Washington, D.C.
