New York, Nov. 16 - International Finance Corp. sold $3 billion of 1.125% five-year notes (Aaa/AAA) on Wednesday at mid-swaps minus 9 basis points, an informed source said.
Full terms were not available at press time.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
The lender to the private sector in developing countries is based in Washington, D.C.
