Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 16 – International Finance Corp. priced $50 million of 4.07% notes due July 31, 2028 (Aaa/AAA/) at par, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Toronto-Dominion Bank is the dealer.
Listing for the global notes is expected on the London Exchange effective Jan. 16.
Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
