New Issue: International Finance sells $150 million 5.325% notes due 2025 at par

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 27 – International Finance Corp. issued $150 million of 5.325% notes due July 1, 2025 (Aaa/AAA) at par on Thursday, according to a Regulation IFC rule 3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mesirow Financial, Inc. is the dealer.

The notes are non-callable.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
