New Issue: International Finance sells $100 million add-on to floaters due 2026

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 22 – International Finance Corp. priced $100 million in additional floating-rate notes due March 16, 2026 (Aaa/AAA), according to a final term sheet filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The floaters priced at 100.17 plus $1,010,509.48 representing 67 days’ accrued interest.

The interest will be based on SOFR plus 28 basis points.

The notes are non-callable.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and HSBC Bank plc are the bookrunners.

This is the third tranche of the registered notes, which will be consolidated and form a single series with the $600 million of notes issued on Jan. 31, 2023 and the $150 million issued on Feb. 17, 2023.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
