New Issue: International Finance sells $100 million 4.234% notes due 2027 at par

Columbus, Ohio, July 26 – International Finance Corp. priced a $100 million offering of 4.234% notes due Feb. 26, 2027 (Aaa/AAA) at par on Monday, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the dealer.

The notes are non-callable.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
