Los Angeles, July 7 – International Finance Corp. priced $2 billion of 4.5% five-year global notes on Thursday at 99.889 to yield 4.525%, according to a market source.
The notes were priced with a spread of 33 basis points over SOFR mid-swaps, or 12.7 bps over Treasuries.
Price talk was in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 35 bps area, as previously reported.
BofA Securities Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Nomura Securities International Inc. are the bookrunners.
Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
