Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 14 – International Finance Corp. priced C$500 million 1.85% notes due Jan. 28, 2027 at 99.914, according to a pre-stabilization notice filed with the London Stock Exchange.
Bank of Montreal, London Branch is the stabilizing manager.
The notes are being sold under IFC’s global medium-term note program.
Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
